2. No Refunds on Time Spent

All fees associated with the workshop are non-refundable. Time spent on the workshop sessions and activities will not be reimbursed.

3. Attendance Policy

Please be aware that if you do not attend the workshop, you will not be eligible for a refund. Participation is crucial for gaining the knowledge and skills offered in the program.

 4. Refund Requests

If you encounter any issues or are dissatisfied with the workshop, you may request a refund within 24 hours of your purchase. Requests made after this period will not be honored.

5. Minimum Time Commitment

To achieve the best possible results, you agree to commit at least 5 hours per week to this workshop. This time commitment is necessary to cover the course material and complete required activities.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during the workshop, including but not limited to texts, videos, course content, and graphics, are the intellectual property of BrushPic. You are prohibited from distributing, copying, or sharing any part of the course materials without prior written consent.

7. Privacy Policy

Your personal information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your permission, except as required by law.

8. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards instructors and fellow participants. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the workshop with no refund.

Ensure you have access to a reliable internet connection and compatible devices to participate in online sessions and access course materials. We are not responsible for technical difficulties that arise from your equipment or internet service provider.

We are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the course of the workshop. Participation is entirely at your own risk.
